Buy back your Schlumberger (NYSE: SLB) January 2008 $65 calls (WUB-AM) and sell your Schlumberger January 2008 $60 calls (WUB-AL) for gains of between 40% and 60% depending on your entry price. Sector weakness may spread to Schlumberger later this year, after an earnings warning by Halliburton yesterday.
