** Sell Boston Scientific
Recent news of recalls at Boston Scientific is playing havoc with the shares. Our calls are quite far out in time and in strike. While the time issue is favorable, the strike price is too high at this point for any reasonable recovery for our options. Although insiders keep buying the shares, sentiment is so negative that a recovery to the price we need to make money entails a 100% move in the share price from current levels. That does not look like it is in the cards.
The technicals also confirm a major breakdown in shares price support. At this point, the most reasonable course of action would be to sell the position and recover some of our capital. Sell the BSX January 2008 $30 calls (WBX AF) at current levels.
