The Nasdaq 100 Trust (Nasdaq: QQQQ) closed above $38 today, so close out your spread tomorrow. This means that you should cover your spread by buying back the January 2007 $38 put (VCQ ML) and selling the January 2007 $42 put (VCQ MP). Be sure to use limit orders.
