** Off To The Races With Interactive Corp.

Our Interactive Corp. (NYSE: IACI) LEAP call (VSV AE) is up more 25% already in just over a day. Hopefully this is a sign of better things to come. Since we have more than 2 years left on this, we could really go to the moon with this one. I will be keeping close tabs on it and will alert you to any changes in our position, or if we decide to enter into a spread trade.

While the IACI trade is looking very good, our Toll Brothers put (YKW MG) is looking worse daily. We are within 30 cents of hitting our hard stop of $2.10 for the second time. I am baffled by the strength in these shares and housing shares in general. The sector is defying gravity and sanity, but that matters little for those buying up the shares. If the options show a bid of $2.10 or lower on ALL the exchanges, we will liquidate the position
